Managing Conflict Effectively
Conflict is an inevitable part of life. Anything involving two or more people will naturally result in a difference of opinion at some point, because we are all different and unique. Knowing there is going to be conflict somewhere along the way, the wise thing to do is to prepare for it. This involves preparing mentally and developing strategies that will serve us so that we come out stronger as a couple afterwards.
In this session we will show you HOW TO :
By being proactive in developing the skills and strategies to manage conflict effectively, you can diffuse any negative emotional impact of conflict, stay focused on the issue, gain greater mutual understanding and strengthen the relationship through the process.
